Founded in Kami Tachibana-cho, Higashisumiyoshi-ku, Osaka (currently Hirano Warehouse). (Founder Kinji Imagawa)
Showa 39 (1964)
Started operation at the new Yao factory.
Started production of sebacic acid in addition to vegetable oils and fats.
Showa 46 (1971)
The new head office building is completed.
Showa 49 (1974)
The Toyonaga Building is completed in front of Kashiwara Station.

Added a large oil refinery. Increased capital to 72,000,000 yen.

Added fatty acid continuous reaction equipment.
